Reiki is a traditional healing practice originated from Japan using universal energy that flows through the practitioner (me) to the client (you). As we all know everything carries energy, so this work is necessary for everyone. Reiki is used to assist in one's healing for various purposes such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, blockages, emotional stability, and much more. On the lighter side it can assist with expression, creativity, clarity, grounding, confidence, and also much more. We all have energetic fields surrounding our physical bodies along with chakras (energy centers) that keeps our energetic essence well and aligned to enhance us holistically. In short clarity, it is an energetic reset for our wellbeing as a whole.
This session consists of blending reiki and shamanic practices such as journeying, working in partnership with helping and compassionate spirits, animal totems, and guides for deeper healing unseen to the physical eye spiritually. Sessions are $90 which provides the basis of Reiki, chakra balancing, grounding, aura sweeping, cord removal and guided/intuitive messages lasting for up to 1.5 hour. A voice note and written notes will be sent via text or email of messages from session.
Pleas refrain from conscious altering substances such as weed, alcohol, sex etc 24-48 hrs before and after session.
Allow self to be open minded with minimum expectations.
Try to incorporate light foods vs heavy processed foods.
Drink plenty of water (especially after) aiding the flushing out of past energy
**All of my sessions are now done virtually until further notice and yes, they will still have the same effect as if in person. That is the potency of energy!
**My availability is based upon my schedule at the moment being at 6:45 am. Good thing is, it’s distant (no need for call or video) so you don’t have to be present unless you’d like to be up at that time in your own quiet space.
