Reiki Level I
Reiki Level I is created in dedication to those whom wish to enhance their self-development through cultivation and practice of energy work. Learning, implementing, and applying Reiki has shifted me continuously through many life experiences such depression, friendship loss, pet loss, heartbreak, and inner child healing.
Reiki Level I also provides education, training, and attunement for beginners who wish to provide an intimate energetic practice to develop for personal use extending to those you have close relationships with via partner, siblings, friends, pets etc. Consider this level as beginner!
Every module will give more personable and intuitive insight along with textbook learned information to create a well-balanced informed learning opportunity

Attunement
Attunement will commence within 24 to 48 hours after the one on one video call depending on the time of our meeting and other factors such as my schedule. This will happen virtually

Integration
It is time to apply what you learned. Send reiki to self-daily or every other day, reiki a few friends or family members, if you have a pet reiki them as well.
