What materials do you use?

The yarn is 100% cotton

For waist beads, string is 100% cotton and beads are wooded

Will there be other items made?

Hmmmm,,, perhaps but availability will not be as frequent as the hats. My main goal is to sell hats. If you catch another item on here it will be miscellaneous crocheted pieces I made and don’t wish to keep. Again, they will not repeat like the hats so catch them while you can 🍀

How do I wash my hat?

Gently handwash with cool or lukewarm water, add a small amount of mild detergent, let soak in water for 10-15 minutes, agitate by pressing down (do not wring), pat dry and then air dry

Or…

Machine wash cold on gentle cycle (preferably in mesh laundry bag), tumble low dry

*Highly recommend hand washing due to shell on hat

How long until I receive my hat?

Providing clarity that hats are made to order unless I have some premade❗️

The turnaround for hats since I am crocheting by hand is 1-2 days unless orders pick up then it will increase up to 5 days since I have other responsibilities as a parent as well.

Let’s get into the beauty of free shipping! Yay 🎉 All items will be shipped through USPS on Tuesday's & Friday's so do allow 3-5 days depending on their own actual service. If it is around the holidays, then of course expect a longer delivery process.

Do you ship to other countries?

I will have to look further into this! Right, now at the moment I am only shipping to United States and within Puerto Rico, as that is my location.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. If an order is lost and I hate to do this, yet it is not my responsibility on what may have happened to the package once out of my hands. Am willing to work something as far as a discount for re-order out if kindly reached out to via email

Can I return for an exchange?

There are no exchanges for health reasons and time management of production as hats are made to order. I will encourage you to donate/gift the hat! If you need another size or want a different color, please order again with this discount (EXCHANGE10)

Why is the price "high"?

Well, there are many factors to weave into this!

1. Quality service and quality products.

2. This is my livelihood and how l choose to earn money with joy at the center.

3. I am a mother of 3 boys.
