Expression Pathway (Writing for Truth) is a continuous series for acquaintance with writing, improve communication skills, open channels of expression, build confidence, reclaim and enhance personal power, dismantle depression, and most importantly increase emotional awareness and capacity.
Writing prompts and discussions will be included varying from mental health, emotional health, self development, importance of childlike wonder, and so forth.
Energetic assistance (reiki) throughout to assist in opening of creative centers.
