Expression Pathway (Writing for Truth) is a continuous series for acquaintance with writing, improve communication skills, open channels of expression, build confidence, reclaim and enhance personal power, dismantle depression, and most importantly increase emotional awareness and capacity.
All of these are a necessity to becoming accountable, honest, and whole while sustaining meaningful relationships not only with self, but others as well. Believe it or not we all need a well-rounded community.
Writing prompts and discussions will be bi-weekly varying from mental health, emotional health, self-development, importance of childlike wonder, and so forth. Consider this as an opportunity to enhance your life through not only sacred, yet intimate work.
Energetic assistance (reiki) will be present throughout to assist in opening and balancing of creative centers. If you’re unsure of what Reiki is, please read about in my offerings for further clarity. As simple to put it here it is energy healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
The work we have to do will not always be serious; therefore, my inner adolescent will be a guide as well.
